Delete Account

Dear SLEEPON user，

You can send a request to delete user data to our customer service email address service@sleepon.us.

• Email Subject: Delete Account Data_Your Name
• Email Body: Please clearly state in the body that you need to delete your account and erase all data.

If you meet the cancellation conditions, in order to protect your account security and prevent others from malicious cancellation, you need to verify your identity, and can complete the cancellation after successful verification.

Reminder: After the cancellation, the account will be permanently cancelled and can not be restored. The bound mailbox and cell phone will be released, and can not continue to be used for logging in the account. If you need to use SLEEPON account service again, you can use the cell phone number to re-register.
